A competência digital do professor nas práticas do ensino fundamental: reflexões sobre o uso da tecnologia em sala de aula

Resumo

A competência digital docente já é considerada na formação como uma competência essencial a ser alcançada pelos futuros professores. No entanto, esta ainda é uma realidade nova que precisa ser contrastada com a realidade atual dos programas de formação de professores. Este estudo busca determinar como a competência de ensino digital é desenvolvida no estágio da licenciatura em Pedagogia da Universidade de Barcelona. A análise qualitativa centra-se nos usos da tecnologia explicitados nos portfólios reflexivos dos futuros professores e na caracterização das suas reflexões derivadas desses usos. Os resultados da análise mostram que os futuros professores refletem sobre três utilizações distintas das ferramentas digitais: as observadas no contexto educativo do seu Estágio, as utilizadas para a criação de materiais e as utilizadas para os alunos desenvolverem a sua competência digital. A partir desses três usos de ferramentas digitais, as reflexões são derivadas da experiência prática dos alunos. As suas reflexões são expressas com avaliações positivas, mas sobretudo numa fase reflexiva inicial: aquela em que os futuros professores estabelecem uma mera descrição da realidade. Os resultados do estudo nos convidam a propor a necessidade de um maior desenvolvimento da sensibilização para a componente digital no ensino, quer no desenvolvimento dos seus estudos de licenciatura, quer ao longo do Estágio.
