The goal of this work is to analyze a Quality of Work Life (QWL) experience placed inside the Company X environment. The used approach seeks the integration between research (diagnosis with scientific backgrounds) and intervention in the organizations. It results from the interdisciplinar dialogue between the theoretical and methodological approaches originated from Activity Ergonomics and Work Psychodynamics, incorporating, still, Simone Weil´s critics to Work Oppression. Our method was Speech Analysis. The main results were the production of analysis regarding the QWL Forum of the Company X and its more significant consequences, the Politics of QWL of the Company X and the Twelve Immediate Actions in QWL of the Company X. The most important conclusion is the existence, in the present time, at the Company X, of a QWL Politics that could, surely, to be said as of vanguard, in the private and public, national and international areas, sharing with a theoretician-practical reality of QWL located, not few times, in contradiction with the prescriptions, principles and values occurring in such Politics.
Keywords: quality of work life, activity ergonomics, work psychodynamics, work oppression.
