Abstract

This article discusses the film Land and Freedom, with an emphasis on disputes and conflicts within the revolutionary process. The political formation and film by Ken Loach will be addressed to understand the motives that led him to portray the Spanish Civil War. We will compare the similarities and differences in the work of George Orwell Fighting in Spain, for, after applying the method of analysis to reflect on the debate and the work accomplished.
