Abstract

Internet has had an important role in the world of negotiations, because the companies are using this tool to draw competitive strategies in order to obtain improvements in management processes and maximize the profits and results. Therefore, the objective of this study was to identify and examine how the Electronic Marketing can provide competitive advantage for companies. To this there was a literature review with qualitative data. It may be noted that there are many benefits of Electronic Marketing for businesses: cost reduction, better relationships and loyalty of customers, innovation and new business opportunities. However, it was concluded that to extract the benefits of this new technological tool is essential to create a strategic plan suitable for the type of business organization. Because it is subject to constant changes and innovations, it is necessary to further studies on the subject, and the constant monitoring of the evolution of this technology and their strategic applications.
