Abstract

This paper analyses, in relation to the concept of biopolitics, the ontological-methodological dimension of the notion of example. From this perspective, it explores the renewed interest on this notion in contemporary political philosophy and particularly on the analyses of Hannah Arendt and Martin Heidegger about Aristotle's Rhetoric. It proposes a biopolitics of exemplarity.
