O sindicalismo e a trajetória do PT
Abstract
This paper questions the origins of the Workers´ Party in the labor unions, and their possible consequences for the party´s present crisis. The paper has four sections: 1) Recalls the participation of the labour unions in the founding of the PT in the 1980s; 2) relates these facts to the Rule of Law established by the 1988 Constitution; 3) examines the competitive limitations of labor rights and citizenship; 4) and looks at other PT experiences that have influenced the democratization of Brazilian political culture, such as cooperative and participatory strategies.Downloads
