Resumo

This article aims to establish the state of the art of materials used in the construction of Planned Temporary Camps (PTCs) for socio-environmental refugees. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and bibliometric analysis, 20 relevant articles aligned with the research theme, published up to August 2023, were selected without any time restrictions. The research considered two defined research axes based on search strings. The results indicated publications, authors, and journals with the highest number of citations on the subject, as well as the main trends in applications, such as materials used, 3D printing, comfort of buildings, among others. The research concluded that the use of natural materials such as earth and bamboo is a strategy used for socio-environmental refugees. However, there is an evident need for more studies on the social, cultural, and economic aspects involved in this process.
