The University Extension helps the student to direct the teaching and research practices to services assisting the population. As a form of training and capacitation of rondonistas students of Centro Universitário São Camilo were performed workshops in health area with the dancers of an ONG from São Paulo, called Projeto Arrastão - Núcleo de Dança Pélagos from 2012 to 2015. The workshops themes were well suited to youngsters from all the country, starting with avoiding teenage pregnancy and STDs. Lately were discussed themes as integral food use, avoidance of legal and illegal drugs, body and physical conscience and a workshop about vision accuracy. Considering the extension characteristic of the Rondon Project all the activities were developed as workshops and capacitation training. The extension activities seek to attend the common needs in Brazilian communities, in the rural area, in the countryside of northeast as well as in urban centers. These trainings are fundamental to unite the groups and give them confidence, offering to the extension team a preview of the Rondon Project.References
