A vida, a sociedade, a política e a cultura nos tempos de Dante Alighieri

Abstract

This paper depicts life, society, politics and culture in the times of
Dante Alighieri. The focus was to briefly describe his life, his  studies, his relationships to the literates of his time, his city and, in general, the historical environment in the end of the 13th century and beginning of the 14th century in Italy, especially in Florence.
