Influência climática na incidência do ácaro da leprose (brevipalpus phoenicis) na citricultura dos municípios de Limeira e Bebedouro (SP)

Abstract

This research had the objective to study the behavior of the climatic variables temperature, rainfall and relative moisture and their influences in the incidence of the citrus leprosies mite Brevipalpus phoenicis in the cultivation of citrus, in Limeira (SP) and Bebedouro (SP) boroughs, considering the years between 1982-1999, to check what of this boroughs have the climatics characteristics that favor this incidence. It was compared the behavior of the meteorologicals variables considered with the demands climatics of the pest in question, and concluded that Bebedouro borough, climatic point of view, is more favorable to this incidence than Limeira borough.
