Abstract

In contemporary society we can still see reflections of modernity. An inconsistent modernity that still aspires uncertainties and changes. In this context, the crises caused by it have reached education and the professionals in that field, causing a shortage in the process of human and teacher development. The discussion in this paper is thus chiefly on the training of rural teachers, enabling them to reflect on the school in which they operate.
