Plataformas de financiamento P2P: análise da viabilidade econômica de sistemas distribuídos de energia solar fotovoltaica

Resumo

O termo Economia Compartilhada é empregado pela literatura especializada para identificar a forma como a internet, os smartphones e os aplicativos estão modificando a dinâmica da economia mundial. Por sua vez, é de conhecimento comum que o Brasil é altamente dependente da matriz de energia hidrelétrica e Termelétrica, embora exista um grande potencial para se investir em energias solares. Neste cenário, o presente estudo busca identificar se o empréstimo P2P pode ser uma fonte de financiamento para a compra dos painéis solares. Para tanto, utiliza-se da abordagem de análise de investimentos (TIR, VPL, Payback, ROE) para avaliar a viabilidade econômica. Os resultados obtidos mostram que os investimentos são viáveis em diferentes cenários. Portanto, governos, empresários e consumidores podem unir forças e solucionar um dos maiores problemas do crescimento econômico nos anos recentes
