Abstract

The present article presents an analysis of the meaning historical of the Russian Revolution of 1905 and the emergency of the Workers Councils advice (soviet), approaching in such a way the organizatives forms how much the theoretical boardings that had proceeded to them. For in such a way, it presents the social context of Russia and the quandary of the bourgeois revolution in this country of delaying capitalism, the emergency of the laboring advice and the theory elaborated later in Russia on its historical meaning.
