Abstract

This article discusses the capitalist crisis, including the recent crisis, as an aspect of insurmountable limits of the capital and in particular as an expression of a specific stage of its historical decline. The analysis in this case crosses the landscape of the great crises since the Great Depression in the late nineteenth century to the present world crisis under way and light the broader social context of the time.
