Abstract

The present article aims analyze the youth sociability created and lived by young from the urban occupation Élisson Prieto in Uberlândia – MG. Through a research type survey, we sought to understand experiences of youth, with focus in the sociability around the leisure and the street. We start from the hypothesis that young people even with their limited youthful condition by class relations, they create sociability areas around the street, as a means of resistance, that claim their interrupted youthful condition. In this way, it creates cultures that emerge while being incorporated and creating counter hegemonies that contribute to the formation of young people as subjects.
