Abstract

In the current period, the big companies use the territories according to their interests and demands and by the global surplus value. This way, the use of selected points of the national territory gets submitted to a logic that, through a global company, ends up being a global logic. The aim of this article is to understand how the juice tradings (Cutrale, Citrosuco, Citrovita, Coinbra/Dreyfuss and Cargill) make a corporative use of the Brazilian territory, through the orange Productive Space Circuit and the Cooperation Circles in the Space linked to this production. Some Brazilian agricultural areas are called to participate of a current modernization process, places where the globalization process takes place.
