Semicondutores, outro salto da China rumo a Complexidade Econômica?

O desenvolvimento recente do setor complexo e de alta tecnologia da China, sobretudo de dados e telecomunicação, liderado pela parceria entre governo chinês e a empresa Huawei, detém limitantes políticos e estruturais comuns. O primeiro é referente a disputa econômica, comercial e política entre China e Estados Unidos. E o segundo trata-se de uma limitação de um insumo altamente complexo, os semicondutores. O presente trabalho busca analisar as políticas econômicas do governo da China mediante a essa situação de restrição geopolítica e tecnológica.
