Resumo

Objetivo: Realizar uma discussão teórica acerca da cultura de inovação, destacando o papel do líder transformacional no fomento e sustentação de uma cultura inovativa para as organizações.


Design/Metodologia/Abordagem: Revisão teórica


Resultados: Argumenta-se que o líder transformacional exerce papel importante no fomento à inovação, mediante a construção de um ambiente propício à inovação, por meio da comunicação, cultura da confiança e flexibilidade. Desse modo, conclui-se que o líder é o ator fundamental para disseminar e apoiar a cultura organizacional inovativa.


Originalidade/Valor: Discussão e proposta de um modelo teórico que integra a cultura de inovação e liderança transformacional.
