Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
Copyright Notice
Authors must ensure that:
- There is full consensus from all co-authors to approve the final versions of the document and its sumission for publication.
- Your work is original and if other people's work and/or words were used, these have been properly acknowledged.
Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behaviour and is unacceptable. IJKEM reserves the right to use software or any other plagiarism detection methods.
All sumissions received for evaluation in the journal undergo plagiarism and self-plagiarism identification. Plagiarism identified in manuscripts during the evaluation process will result in the submission being archived. If plagiarism is identified in a manuscript published in the journal, the Chief Editor will conduct a preliminary investigation and, if necessary, will retract it.
The content of the publication is the responsability of its authors.
This journal, following the recommendations of the Open Access movement, provides its content in Full Open Access. Thus, the authors retain all their rights allowing IJKEM to publich their articles and make them available to the entire community. The journal uses the Creative Commons license (Attribution-NonCommercial - CC BY-NC).
Any user has the right to:
- Remix, adapt and create from published work for non-commercial purposes.
According to the following terms:
- Attribution - you must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license and indicate if changes have been made. You must do so under any circumstance, but in no way suggest the licensor to support you or your use.
- No additional restrictions - you can not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing something the license permits.
