Abstract

The gaming industry is huge, moving billions of dollars every year around the world and it’s development has some particularities that the traditional software life cycle does not cover. To solve this problem, the industry use their own models, focused on game development, who often are not capable to do everything that is necessary. Another common problem is the user interface and the user experience, that can be afected by some interface aspects definitions and can cause several flaws. This paper proposes a new Game Development Process focused on the integration of the development team, in an user-centered design, an unique documentation and in how to do things, not in what to do.
