Bandeiras

From Lourival Cuquinha's Bandeiras project, that he has been developing since 2012, this text seeks to focus on the manifestations of value, whether in the form of money or in the form of gold, of the Manuel Bandeira's poetic work. Two poems from Lira dos cinqüent'anos, "Carta de Brasão" and "Ouro Preto" will be analyzed along with some of the ones called here, following in this to the poet himself, "poor poems" of Mafuá do Malungo. The place that money occupies (and also the poetry understood as work) in a schematic division of Manuel Bandeira's poetic work will show the fundamental weaknesses of this, opening the way to a post-auratic or an-autonomic conception of the work of art.References
