Humour is widespread everywhere, even it is topic for academical studies research. Since humour is something constituted in a multifaceted way and by contradictions, the studies that focus on humour are usually based on transdisciplinary approaches. Within this text, I review a new encyclopaedia organised by Salvatore Attardo, the “Encyclopedia of Humor Studies”, which gathers researchers from different places around the world and compiles about three hundred thirty entries related with the humour as a topic. Moreover, it is a great material for both beginners and who is already studying that theme.References
