The present paper discusses the Councils for Public Political Management as political do institutional phenomena, mphasizing their (1) composition, 2) deliberative power and (3) the . A political control of their responsability. Furthermore (4), the Councils for the Rights of the Child and the Adolescent are sented specifically because of their intersectorial peculiarity. At last, the author points out some indicators for evaluating the consolidation of the Councils in the participative management of public policies.Downloads
