YOUTHS AND THE MULTIPLE WAYS OF BEING YOUNG TODAY

Studies of young people in the last decades have shown that there are a multitude of concepts about youth. In this sense, the objective of this review article is to identify the diversity of youths present in high schools, analyzing how they are constituted students and how the school is organized to cater to this age group. With this study, we can offer such considerations is crucial that young people recognize the value of school for their training, integrating into your organization and its practices, breaking with the distance between the individual, school and learning objectives. One way to overcome this dualism are the education and training programs on youth, which may contribute to the creation of a significant school, assisting young people in transition to academic life or the world of work.
