This article studies the neoliberalism and the flexibilization derived from the end of the fordistkeynesian period, that, according to HARVEY, has started after the Second World War and has crawled up to 1973. It also analyses the current moment, starting from America Latin's first concrete neoliberalist experience in Chile, by Pinochet, when he adopted a hard program of deregulation; massive unemployment; repression of trade unions; redistribution of income in favor of the rich and wealthy and the privatisation of the public goods. It also confirms on the theoretic basis its statements, when it is referring to the neoliberalism or is describing the effects of the economic flexibilization on the working class. One of those consequences is the precarious employment bond, mainly when in this situation investment is made in terms of contracting third parties. There are also brought to light the serious consequences for the trade unions, with the every larger decline of their power because of the flexibilization and of the crisis due to the restructuring of the economy, facing the globalization...Downloads
