This article analyses the deregulation process undergone by labor rights at the present time, in view of the changes that happen in the post-modern, competitive and transnational companies. It makes an analysis of the current capitalism, throughout its crises, from the fordism to the recent flexible accumulation, and the consequences, evidenced since 1973, through the petroleum crisis and the stagflation. It also comments the new model of production organization: the toyotism; and at last demonstrates the whole process of deregulation of the labor rights, at the same time as it offers a conclusion that makes us think about and discuss the actual globalization.Downloads
