Abstract

This article analyses the pluralization of work and the ways of its organization. The paper focuses on the articulations of productive
and subjective restructuring, pointing at the important changes that the subjects-workers undergo during the production process and its manage- ment."Subjectivity" is presented as a category that may be articulated with the "work" category, considering that the first is hereby described as an effect of the multiple ruptures that occur within the movements and processes which turn the capital flexible, that means, ruptures in the economically productive,
cultural, political, and symbolic axes.

Author Biography

Tania Mara Galli Fonseca, Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul.

Possui graduação em Psicologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (1970), mestrado em Educação pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (1978). Doutorado em Educação pela Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul(1996) e Pós-doutorado pela Universidade de Lisboa (2004). Atualmente é Professor Titular da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul, docente e pesquisadora dos Programas de Pós-Graduação em Piscologia Social e Institucional e de Informática na Educação, dirige a Coleção Cartografias editada pelas editoras UFRGS e Sulina. Foi presidente da Sociedade de Psicologia do RGS e possui larga experiência em Psicologia, com ênfase em Estudos da Subjetividade e do Trabalho. Atua a partir dos referenciais da filosofia da diferença nos temas tempo e subjetividade, corpo-arte-clínica, trabalho e tecnologias com ênfase nos processos de resistência e criação.
