This article analyses the pluralization of work and the ways of its organization. The paper focuses on the articulations of productiveand subjective restructuring, pointing at the important changes that the subjects-workers undergo during the production process and its manage- ment."Subjectivity" is presented as a category that may be articulated with the "work" category, considering that the first is hereby described as an effect of the multiple ruptures that occur within the movements and processes which turn the capital flexible, that means, ruptures in the economically productive,
cultural, political, and symbolic axes.
