This study conducts a systematic literature review on the interaction between energy prices, state policies, and business strategies in the Brazilian energy sector, covering the period from 2020 to 2025. The research employed the ProKnow-C method, which involved a rigorous search in the Periódicos Capes database and the application of selection criteria to ensure the relevance and scientific prestige of the articles. As a result, a bibliographic portfolio comprising 10 articles was constructed. The bibliometric analysis of these works revealed recent scientific production, with a notable increase in publications from 2022 onwards, and a diversity of sources and authors. The systematic content analysis identified central and interconnected thematic axes, including the geopolitics of energy transition, market dynamics and pricing, the role of public policies and state regulation, and corporate strategies for adaptation, risk management, and sustainability incorporation. It is concluded that a deep understanding of the topic requires an integrated approach, recognizing the strong interdependence between prices, governmental policies, and business strategies, especially in the current context of energy transition and regulatory dynamism. The resulting portfolio and the analysis performed offer a valuable overview of recent scientific production, serving as a basis for future research and discussions on the need for balanced policies and agile business strategies in the Brazilian energy sector.
