Hermeneutics possibles in administration

This is a theoretical study that has the objective of increase the discussion of the epistemological basis for the research at the organizational studies. Leaving aside many other possible ways, the hermeneutic perspective was adopted here as a possibility within Administration taking into consideration the ways that the hermeneutic research sees the world. The study was done through a bibliographic review that tried to combine the hermeneutic basis for writes specialized at this theorical and some experiences identified at academic works. It is observed at the end of this study that the multi disciplinarily and the inter disciplinarily that surrounds the organizational studies permits the hermeneutic to become an excellent epistemological alternative to increase the comprehension of the organizations.
