Abstract
Study of the avifauna associated with wetlands situated in the “Mascarenhas de Moraes” Park, urban zone of Porto Alegre – RS, Brazil. In the present study, the avifauna of the “Mascarenhas de Moraes” Park, situated in the northern part of Porto Alegre (29º 59’ S; 51º 11’ W), was registered, including observations of the species breeding in the area. Thirty-eight species were identified over a period of 25 hours, 31.58% of which presented evidence of breeding. 41.67% of the breeding species consisted of Ardeidae.Downloads
