Following our line of research about the arrangement of the intrahepatic bile ducts in the animals, the authors perform a study in 30 opossum's livers (15 males and 15 females), adults, from Santa Catarina Island (Florianópolis). After injection of Neoprene Látex 650 and fixation in formalaine 10.0%. The blocks will be dissected and drawing given the following conclusion: 1) Belong to the system of ramus principalis sinister, the ramus lobi sinistri lateralis (100.0%), the ramus lobi sinistri medialis (80.0%), the ramus lobi quadrati (70.0%), the ductus cysticus (16,7%) and the ramus lobi dextri medialis (6,6%), being some namelless contribution of the lobus sinister lateralis, lobus sinister medialis and lobus quadratus; 2) Once individualized, the ramus principalis sinister shows free of afluents in 29 of the 30 preparations, receiving in the other, an aferent from the lobus sinister medialis; 3) The ramus lobi sinistri lateralis, ramus lobi sinistri medialis, ramus lobi quadrati and ramus lobi dextri medialis, is the principal colector of the following the lobus sinister lateralis, lobus sinister medialis, lobus quadratus.Downloads
