The objective of the work is the study of the excretory system in wild animals, with special attention in the marsupialis. In this study we research 30 opossum’s livers, adults, 15 males’ ande 15 females, from Santa Catarina Island (Florianopolis) The results of your observations after injections of “neoprene latex 650, fixation in formalin solution (10,0%) and dissection, is the following: 1) o ductus choledocus, sinister junctions of the ramus principalis Dexter and ramus principalis sinister ( 100,0%); 2) The ductus cysticus belong to the system of ramus principalis Dexter (83,3%), show free (76,7%) and receiveing contribution of the lobus sinster medialis (3,3%) and the lobus Dexter medialis (3,3%). Belong to the system of ramus principalis sinister (16,7appeared free to the afluents; 3) Belong of system of ramus principalis Dexter, the ramus processi caudati and the ramus lobi dextri laterralis, (100,0%), the ramus lobi detri medialis (93,3%),the ductus cysticus (83,3%), the ramus lobi quadrati (26,7%) and the ramus lobi sinistri medialis (20,0%), save tributary of nameless contribuition of the lobus caudatus (processus caudatus), lobus Dexter lateralis, lobus Dexter medialis e lobus sinister medialis.
