Entre maxixes, peladas e palavras de ordem: associações dos trabalhadores paulistanos durante a Primeira República
Abstract
O artigo analisa algumas das associações organizadas pelos trabalhadores em São Paulo, levando em conta seu caráter diversificado. Sindicatos e organizações políticas, assim como clubes esportivos, sociedades recreativas e outros espaços de sociabilidade permeavam o universo associativo dos trabalhadores paulistanos. Abarcar esse universo em sua diversidade política possibilita o olhar sobre diferentes aspectos do cotidiano e da identidade dos trabalhadores, assim como o estabelecimento de relações entre sociedades de caráter distinto, questionando dicotomias pré-estabelecidas entre lutas sindicais e lazer.Downloads
