Toledo. A terra prometida: Espaço de identificação ou estranhamento
Abstract
The article points to some discursive elements, aiming to create and recreate a social imagery related to the lands of west Paraná a promissed land. Giving a meaning near to the religious discourse and ethinic prejudices, the west colonization enterprise presents and atracted region to the immigrants from the south of Brazil. In the construction of this imagery, the Catholicism has contributed decisively to stablish a community of sense.Downloads
