Revisitando los argumentos de Macklin contra el principio de vida completa

En junio de 2020, Ruth Macklin publicó un ensayo crítico en contra de una guía del Consejo de Salubridad General de México en la que se recomendaba el uso de la edad como un criterio de desempate para distribuir recursos terapéuticos escasos. La guía fundamentaba dicha recomendación en el principio de vida completa. En este trabajo reconstruyo y rechazo los tres argumentos formulados por Macklin en contra del principio de vida completa. Posteriormente, formulo tres objeciones propias al principio de vida completa.
