Programa de atividade física para terceira idade do CDS/UFSC: o efeito do exercício físico na resistência muscular
Abstract
Este estudo verificou a influência do exercício físico na força de membros dos idosos. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo e transversal envolveu 200 idosas. Foram utilizados os testes de rosca direta para membro superior e o teste de levantar e sentar na cadeira em 30 segundos para membros inferiores. Os resultados apontam uma melhora no nível de força dos membros inferiores e superiores, portanto um planejamento adequado de exercícios físicos contribuirá significativamente em ganhos de força muscular.Downloads
