Abstract
A assistência odontológica a pacientes portadores de necessidades especiais não visa apenas à execução das técnicas odontológicas e sim a integração multiprofissional e familiar proporcionando uma abordagem diferenciada e tratamento qualificado. Através da capacitação acadêmica, as dificuldades existentes em função da limitação físico-mental e social por eles apresentados, são contornadas e adaptadas para o êxito ao tratamento odontológico no aspecto preventivo, curativo e reabilitador.Downloads
