This study presents the PET archeology groups, Biomechanics, Physical Education and Environmental Sanitation, linked to the Federal University of Vale do São Francisco/UNIVASF, which has the multicampi structure. Therefore, PET groups contribute to the process of internalization of higher education in the states of Pernambuco, Bahia and Piauí. His actions prioritize the inseparability of teaching, research and extension, qualifying 48 students fellows. The text highlights the actions of groups during the three-year period, 2011-2013, presenting objectives, methodological procedures and main results obtained to communities that have operated. We conclude that in three years of work, PET teams improved the academic background of a significant group of students of UNIVASF, functioning as a mechanism to align with the academic knowledge to solve social demands within the health and preservation of heritage in the region Northeast of Brazil.References
