This paper aims to demonstrate how two Rondon´s Project operations can contribute differently to learning of teachers as well as the challenges to acting. The methodology used to demonstrate is the description or account of experiences on coordinating teams in Jenipapo and Bororos operations in 2015. Several similarities occur between the aforementioned operations, however such the government as the people who make up the team rondonista are different on expectation and behavior, which leads to the conclusion that the teacher coordinator receive also a great learning experience with the participation on more than one Rondon´s Project Operation.
