Programa de prevenção e reabilitação cardiorrespiratória (PROCOR)
Abstract
O Programa de Reabilitação Cardiovascular da UFSC surgiu em setembro de 1997 com o objetivo de oferecer à comunidade um programa de exercícios físicos direcionados a indivíduos portadores de doença arterial coronariana – DAC - e/ou com fatores de risco. O ProCor já atendeu cerca de 270 pacientes (pregressos) e tem aproximadamente 100 pacientes em atividade. Os resultados obtidos demonstram claramente a importância dos programas de reabilitação cardiovascular na redução da Pressão Arterial e na melhora do aparelho cárdio respiratório.Downloads
