Abstract
O Pastoreio Racional Voisin (PRV) é um sistema de produção à base de pasto, que contribui com o desenvolvimento econômico e social e com a viabilização produtiva da unidade familiar. O presente trabalho teve por finalidade implementar, na micro-região dos municípios de Coronel Martins, São Lourenço e Dionísio Cerqueira, um sistema de produção de leite orgânico sustentável energética, econômica e ambientalmente, à base de pasto em PRV.Downloads
