Ações de nutrição para o núcleo de desenvolvimento infantil da UFSC
Abstract
O projeto foi desenvolvido no Núcleo de Desenvolvimento Infantil (NDI) da UFSC, objetivando analisar a quantidade e a qualidade dos nutrientes oferecidos nos cardápios em 2004. Para isso, foram calculadas as Necessidades Energéticas Totais e de proteínas das crianças, o Valor Calórico Total dos cardápios vigentes, além de serem propostos cardápios no I e II semestres de 2004. Foram realizadas reuniões junto aos pais das crianças, a fim de discutir adaptações necessárias no lanche, bem como melhorias em sua qualidade.Downloads
