Oficinas de formação em nutrição para merendeiras e professoras da creche São Francisco de Assis
Abstract
O projeto realizado na creche São Francisco de Assis, que atende 130 lactentes e pré-escolares no bairro Serrinha, Florianópolis, teve por objetivo a formação das merendeiras. Foi utilizada a metodologia lúdica através da dinâmica de grupo para elaboração de cardápios, resultando na construção semanal do mesmo pelas próprias merendeiras e professoras. A compra dos alimentos começou a ser orientada pelo cardápio e/ou pela lista de substituição quando necessário.Downloads
