Avaliação nutricional de adolescentes em uma escola pública de Florianópolis
Abstract
No ano de 2004, o Ambulatório de Nutrição do Instituto Estadual de Educação atendeu 21 alunos adolescentes com idades de 10 a 18 anos, proporcionando a cada um deles atendimento nutricional individualizado e avaliação do estado nutricional. Dezesseis deles encontravam-se eutróficos, três estavam em risco de sobrepeso e dois foram considerados como obesos. Foram elaborados planos alimentares individualizados com lista de substituição de alimentos de fácil acesso pela atual situação financeira das famílias dos adolescentes. Os alunos interessados que procuraram o Ambulatório na maioria dos casos buscavam resposta imediata do tratamento e acabavam não retornando para um acompanhamento.Downloads
