A horta escolar na educação ambiental e alimentar: experiência do Projeto Horta Viva nas escolas municipais de Florianópolis
Abstract
O presente trabalho descreve de forma concisa a contribuição do agrônomo junto à comunidade escolar no planejamento, na execução e na manutenção das hortas escolares, levando até elas informações sobre horticultura orgânica, compostagem, formas de produção dos alimentos, o solo como fonte de vida, as relações entre o campo e cidade, entre outros.
