Abstract

This article analyses some repeated events in the way the female body is represented in brasilian advertising; it pretends also to analyse the way audiences react at comic-erotic arguments used in publicity. This research gave priority to TV, outdoor and newspaper advertising; it also identifies the positioning of the subjects envolved in the production and release of the advertising process.
