Diatomoflorule of Tubarão River, Santa Catarina, Brazil: II. Naviculaceae Kützing

Abstract

This work is a contribution to the taxinomic study of Naviculaceae Kützing from the impounding region of the Tubarão River-Tubarão, State of Santa Catarina - Brazil. 62 taxa were identified, from which 21 specific and infraspecifc taxa we identified from the genus Navicula Bory. 7 plates that illustrate, through photomicrographs or drawings the identified taxa and discussion about taxinomic and nomenclatural main problems is provieded.
