Today’s time configuration has been transforming the way of doing Journalism; Journalism, likewise, has been altering the ways of perceiving and assimilating time. Ahead of this exchange are the technological tools which incessantly seek to shorten the distance between facts and reports, while “behind” this exchange are the readers, which with a certain delay, have been trying to develop new abilities to assimilate the world in its flow. This essay intends to reflect about this mismatch between the fast innovations in the sphere of production and the slowest adaptations in the sphere of reception, pointing to some interferences coming from the webjournalism – and from temporal references that are inherent to it – in the processes of reception and reading.Downloads
