This article presents the insights of research on the relationship between social intervention and processes of territoriality, deterritoriality, and politicization, conducted in the city of Paraná (Province of Entre Ríos, Argentina). The analysis of social intervention uses a historiographical perspective, based on documents and quantitative reports published by academic institutions and other centers of study and statistics. This article is a qualitative work that describes the operationalization of the key concepts in the empirical data researched, which covered the period of the re-democratization in Argentina, until December 2017. This article is a version of a previous work, revised and extended according to the concepts and the political and social events that have triggered new policy models imposed, since 2015, in most Latin American countries, particularly regarding social policies in Argentina.Downloads
