Formation of productive enterprises in the context of public policies

Abstract

This article presents the results of the follow-up process of the professional qualification and development of a productive enterprise from January to July 2001. Such an enterprise arose from a project designed by the “Prefeitura Municipal de Florianópolis” (Florianópolis City Hall) and was carried out by the “Divisão de Capacitação Profissional” (Professional Qualification Division) – the public organ responsible for work and income generation in the municipality.
